exactly! i also hate it when sighted-hearing people think i'm rude just because i don't always take the time to educate them about deafblindness. i'm sorry, but sometimes i have places to be and other times i'm having a bad day or am in a "mood" and don't feel like talking to others.
 
Flat out, I think (I know) that my deaf friends are some of the most intelligent people I know. I am so glad to be in thier company.
 
I said "uncertain" because of where I live, which is in the Fargo, ND-Moorhead, MN area. I think even the deafs here are hostile and am surprised they haven't burned me at that stake yet because of Snickers. :roll:
