Police arrest deaf man for signing

The brothers were drunk and disorderly that is why they were arrested. I agree the cops need to be held accountable if they caused unnecessary harm because they were deaf. If they had not been drunk in public, acting like fools, they never would have been arrested.

We do not know how the brothers where acting , I have a hard time taking the words of cops. They can pretty much get away with making up anything to cover their asses . It happen a lot .
