I think it's a tad more involved than that, regardless of how she explains it. A person capable of killing two children, is lying beneath them?

I'm sure there's a lot more to it. Between her and her lawyer I'm sure we'll hear all kinds of weird and implausible versions of "the reason."

I bet that when she woke up, she realized that she's not dead so she has to make things up to avoid going to jail.

There's no avoiding it. The farce is for her family because no one could explain the senseless murder of two children - I'm sure they're as shocked as everyone else is. I'll be hard for her facing the surviving child of that shattered family as well so she's trying to detach herself to make it sound like it was beyond her control.

Just tragic.

Protecting our children is a very tough job for many parents and news like these just makes it harder for us. Our children are just so precious to us so I cant fathom the nightmare the family must be living through right now.

My heart goes out to them.
