...that if ever post anything that might seem offensive to the Deaf I want each of you to know that it is NEVER my intent to hurt/disrespect anyone on this forum. I am growing in my understanding of Deaf culture so please do not take any of my statements as a shot at you personally. Kindly redirect me to the correct truth for I want to surely grow in my understanding of what is important to each of you, my friends.

Hearing folks are just the same way: we are all, well, human. Thank you FriskyFeline. (by the way I love cats. I have two and they rule our home; and talk about spoiled, oh boy my cats are like bratty children who love to be scratched and be the center of attention. Between you and me, cats are BETTER than any dog) ;-)
 
I like cats too. I think that cats should learn ASL too. I think people will learn more ASL if they had one on one ASL lesson with their cat(s).

My post needs to say more, I am not upset by your posts. Im pretty open minded since I grew up, and continue to be in a hearing world. Sometimes I goof around replying some stuff on posts with hearing peoples mind which I should not do that but i was bored.

Yes cats control us in the house but they can't live without me since im the master in the house. LOL I would not say, if cats are better than dog. Cats are much easier to handle than dogs. True. I do like dogs but i always work. dogs need someone to be with someone all day which makes sense. Who knows one day i ll retire and will own a TINY dog or two.
 
Cat's, if you haven't heard, love to eat fish. In the ocean my felines will have a feast. Just make sure they are wearing their scuba gear. :laugh2:

Now if Jaws sneaks up on them, their nine lives will be swallowed up in one gulp. :eek3:

I like dogs too. They can be trained to sniff out drugs and such. Look at this little guy go:

If I were to own a dog, he/she would be a mean mother: A Pitbull or Rottweiler with strong muscles and sharp teeth will suffice. :cool2:
