Pizza crust identifies DC quadruple killer

No, how do you prove it isn't planted? Does not matter about attorney. The attorney job is to try to disprove evidences, and find any faults in investigation and prove.

Many, many convicts were found guilty EVEN though they really innocent. It is NOT the judge job to excuse any evidence they may deem unreliable. There were an article couple months ago that judges mentioned that they knew many were actually innocent but because law does not allow them to judge them out, in other word, its not their job.

I am not saying Wint is innocent, what I am saying is I wanted the justice work the way it should be. If Wint is truly innocent and there is somebody out there that is truly guilty SOB, there is no justice when Wint is found guilty and the real guilty one still on street... PERIOD, that is something I HATE so much. Guilty one free while innocent suffers... no! No justice!

If Wint's defendant lawyer says it like that, s/he must prove it so how would this lawyer do that? :hmm:

Lastly, a lot of criminals don't think of consequences like DNA on a pizza crust. Mostly they make mistakes which lead to their arrests. Nothing new.

OK, in the past they didn't have most of the technologies we have today. It should make a a lot of differences, no?

According to your last paragraph, maybe you and the public (including our mass media) don't know what else the investigators found. They will be displayed in the court only.

Care to explain what does this phrase means to you?

"I would wait until fat lady start singing"

its the last sentence on post #13.

No! Good boy on paying attention to what I said in the first place!
Don't you see? You said you would wait until the fat lady starts singing. then you didn't wait. Here's a proof.

"I know the facts, they are pretty much loose facts. Nothing etched on the stone yet. That's why I said best wait til fat lady sings then we will know more. I have known some crooks going length to avoid getting caught, sometimes they look for whats called "The fall guy" in order to avoid getting caught.

It does not necessarily means that whoever brings pizza crust up to NY, other way is possible by maybe picking up the sucker's sativa and plant it on pizza crust at crime scene to make it look like real one, so is it possible? I have to say anything is possible.

Lastly, who wants to get caught and go to jail?"

wow how they know where $40,000 cash in mansion? maybe everybody live near victim's home do the same thing. like classic. Hide the money behind picture. smh
No, the victim who was a CEO of the company was forced to call one of his employees to drop off $40K at his house while the criminals were there with him, his wife, son and housekeeper inside the house.

Have you heard of "Reasonable doubts" what does that really means?

Are you waiting for the verdict (that's when the fat lady sings) or what?

Update:

Blood on shoe links suspect to Washington mansion killings

First, DNA on a pizza crust led authorities to the man they accuse of killing three members of a prominent Washington family and their housekeeper.

Now investigators say they have a new clue linking suspect Darron Dellon Dennis Wint to one of the victims: blood found on a shoe he was wearing when authorities arrested him.

Forensic analysis matched traces of blood on Wint's shoe to at least one of the murder victims, two law enforcement officials said. The officials would not specify which victim's blood was allegedly found on Wint's shoe.

It's too soon to say what role the evidence could play in the case authorities are building against Wint, who has been charged with first-degree murder in the killings last month of Savvas, Amy and Philip Savopoulos and housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa.

Investigators said last month they don't believe Wint acted alone. But so far, no one else has been charged in connection to the killings.

Police have said they're still investigating, and they haven't detailed exactly what they believe happened in the days leading up to the grisly killings, which came to light when the victims' bodies were discovered after a fire consumed the Savopoulos family's $4.5 million mansion last month.

Investigators soon realized the massive fire wasn't the full story.

The victims were bound with duct tape, and they suffered from blunt-force trauma, according to a source familiar with the investigation. And there were signs that 10-year-old Philip Savopoulos had been stabbed and tortured, according to the source.

The public defender representing Wint has not responded to repeated requests for comment.

Attorney Robin Ficker, a lawyer who has represented Wint in the past, has said he believes authorities have "the wrong guy."

"I know him to be a kind, gentle, nonaggressive person; (he is) someone you wouldn't mind your grandmother going to lunch with," the Maryland lawyer said last month after Wint's arrest. "... It's a rush to judgment. There's a presumption of innocence, which is not being mentioned by police."

Asked Tuesday about the alleged new evidence tying Wint to one of the victims, he said, "I have a lot of questions about that. Why is this coming out now?"

Search warrant says bloody baseball bat found in DC quadruple murder mansion

A search warrant unsealed Wednesday has revealed new information about the murders of a corporate executive, his wife, their son, and their housekeeper last month in their Washington D.C. mansion.

According to WTTG, the search warrant said investigators found a bloodied baseball bat in the second floor bedroom, near the body of 46-year-old Savvas Savopoulos. The CEO of the Hyattsville, Md.-based American Iron Works construction supplier had suffered apparent trauma to the back of his head. The document said that Savopoulos' wife, Amy, was also found in the bedroom with lacerations to her throat and head.

The family's 57-year-old housekeeper, Veralicia Figueroa, was also found in the bedroom and received CPR before being transferred to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The Savopoulos' 10-year-old son, Philip, was found in another bedroom on the second floor with severe burns on his body….

That's awful news. I hope they have the right man.

DHB, go ahead to speak your own mind but don't expect us to agree with you. Wondering if you can handle that? LOL (Meaning we also can speak our own minds)

Really? Now that with bat that contains blood, thats even better than pizza crust with DNA, in other word more stronger evidence, and if both match up DNA, plus contains victim's DNA it just increases likelihood DNA may point right person BUT still NOT accurately pointed just like Jiro said, they (DNA) is circumstance, which means ANYONE can frame somebody by implanting DNA in hope to have law charge wrong person. Had it happened? You can easily bet on it.

Its not my mind, it is HOW it is, NOTHING is perfect nowadays, and yes DNA isn't perfect cause it does not have the ability to state their witness, just state that you are there but didn't state WHEN, or HOW one commits crime, simply pointed that one is there, that is all DNA provides.

Like Reba said, the justice is not 100% perfect, because all involved in legal is human being, and human being has the tendency of favoritism toward another human being.

That reminds me of OJ's murder case, even though the prosecutors had strong evidences against OJ. That's unfortunate that the jury who were also human beings had favoritism toward OJ, the real murderer but I am glad to hear that he's not a free man right now.

OP, sorry for the off point.
