Anyway, try go to ( i dont know if u have those stores up to where u live but similiar) BEST BUY or COMPUSA...those stores are computer stores that have everything in 1 store. So best for u to go to those type of store and get 1. They got directions and everything along with it so, its up to u. :D
 
or try YAHOO/GOOGLE search and maybe they find a site for u. The words that u need to know is able to be used for. :D
 
Javapride, why are you putting your words in my mouth? You gave me a choice if i dont like heather's opinion and i shouldnt post it. Also, this topic under daprilz's as she wants to how it works and things like that.

Ofc there is many kinds of filter, just mess with it til you find that you are looking for. :D

That's something like layers, blurrying, and sharpness. I don't need a filter to do that.

Hrm...lettme find a tutorial for it...give me few hours.
