Not from the computer... Here's my steps.
1. Save a picture in your computer.
2. Go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket, and restiger if you don't have a account there.
3. Click "Browse" at those three boxes at above.
4. Pick the picture you want to be on the computer, and then click "Upload".
5. Wait till the upload completed, it usually refreshed itself when the picture is completed uploaded.
6. Scroll down your album area and see your picture on the page, there is usually three boxes under your picture, there is Tag, Html, and other, I can't remember what it is.
7. Pick one with "
