You can say that :) I do love of business travelings now its quiet time, thank goodness.

My company is considering to establish headquarter in Des Moines Iowa - I'm like, nooo - It's middle of nowhere.

Btw, I live one state away from Iowa.

Ahh, I think I know which state you are in right now. :) Des Moines isn't that small...it's a metro of over 575k people and still growing fast. It's one of the fastest growing metro areas in Iowa. Lots of people are moving from rural areas to the cities and plus the international immigrants as well. Altho, in Seattle or Los Angeles standards it makes Des Moines look like child's play.

Des Moines has mostly insurance and finanical companies.

New York?! i live in Rochester, NY for 2 years for NTID/RIT...Probably we bump into each other.

Yeah, the CSD people actually control their own deaf people in this state, it's really sad. I'm type of deaf person who doesn't take any bullshit & work for different compeitior. They're still on my ass for that. lol.

I really can't say much about Iowa, I went there once and will again in couple of months.

I would rather move to either Arizona/Texas.

Yeah, have to find a state that is very business friendly ya know? I don't really know which state. I don't plan to stay here long either and may plan move back to Washington state along with my gf and kids. We have to save up for moving, ugh.
