This is second click.

You can see what is properly less then a mm gap between.

The very first picture in this thread shows what the double/triple click feature is. It all down to a very small piece of plastic.

This is fully closed. The mm gap has now gone.

This happens with the UP receivers and some standard UP battery draws. Somehow not all of them have this extra piece of small plastic.

My UPs (IX's) are the same as DeafAlex - fully open, partially open/closed (prevents battery from falling out and the HA is off) and closed (HA is on).

I've been told that the battery draws with the small bit of plastic at the top is more expensive then the one without.

Also with the battery draw with the extra bit of plastic, the battery draw doesn't wear away as quickly and need replacing as much.

I've never had a battery draw needing replaced but I've only had one set of battery draws and the FM receivers on my Naidas but I have been told that eventually they will wear away and need replacing.

I think its away of audiologists saving money.

meh I don't really care about my battery door as long as it opens and closes I'm happy haha

Only really started this thread as my Audi was making me out to be a dum bird, saying I was talking about something that didn't exist! Now another Audi has ordered the right thing and knows that I'm talking about something that does exist, I'm happy!
