from what i understand, dealers cut to make more sales from the pure form or of high purity, for greater profit
 
seen his photo, still unsure who he is. Apparently I've seen 2 or 3 older films (none from the last few years) he was in, but I still don't recall him at all. *shrug*
 
Oh, no. I appreciated Phillip Seymour as an actor, too. I've seen him in
Along Came Polly,
Red Dragon,
Patch Addams,
The Hunger Games,
Moneyball,
The Savages,
The Talented Mr Ripley,
The Big Lebowski,
Twister,
Scent of a Woman,

and bits and pieces of some other movies.
I still plan to see Capote one day.



He was SO talented.

I posted that link to show what 'cut' mean, reread my post #12 which right here.

"Heroin is being cut with another drug which made it a lot more deadly. This is very sad , he was a dad and he was so young. He was a very gifted actor.


I know why heroin is cut with other drugs and some of the drugs is very deadly. You can stand by your gun but , I had never heard
anyone used the word mixed when it come to heroin. Drug dealer are not baking cakes that call for a cup of heroin to be 'mixed' into the batter.
 
they dont use the word mixed..i have never heard of that either, ok heard of crunk, speedball, crank? chances are the 'mix' is one of these..... anything else, would be cut with baking soda..or sugar or some other (of their 'own brand' to distinguish themselves in the neighbourhood of drug traders.....it is 'deadly' because the next 'hit' or 'fix' you take - you don't know exactly what you getting how strong...and boiling prior to shooting you might boil same amount but needed only half the lots....OD usually happens when the lungs gets too relaxed and 'collaspe' failing to rise...that's when the trouble starts....

I don't think he killed himself but it was a disease that he could not get rid of. He was addicted to Heroin, other drugs and alcohol. He was a sick man when he went into the Rehab (2013). I guess the drug really did kill him. He was not aware how bad the Heroin is. Rest In Peace, Philip Hoffman. :(
