I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember (which is back to 6 or so, strangely when I knew/was told I had hearing loss- don't have many memories before that); it's mostly high pitched ringing a lot like when a loud noise makes your ears ring. It's almost always louder/worse in the left ear. Usually in the mornings or evenings when I'm in a quiet room alone. Sometimes I hear what sounds like neighbours faintly talking- usually when I don't have my aids on- but no-ones there. I've only heard faint garbled music a few times, nothing too loud or specific.
Barney...oh dear :-(
