Would it be nice if there is a plane for pet and owner to be onboard of the plane?
There are special seat belt for pets.

And if there a small accident, such as pet's vomiting or poop or pee on the floor, there should be some cleaning supplies for owners to clean up the mess.

Of course the planes will smell bad, but we got lysol.

Besides messes left by pets, the other concern would be keeping them in control on the plane. Some pets may not respond well among other strangers or in front of hundreds of people. Secondly, it's like in a public place of business... some people have allergies. To make sure the environment is allergy free, they don't allow pets.

unfortunely. my ex friend must have her dog with her everywhere or else if she leaves it at home with her family.. he would bite them and pee everywhere!

the airplane is a contained that the aire doesnt really circulate like the outdoors, so it is best to be free of any scents of any kind.

Some airlines do allow you to bring a small pet like a small dog or a small cat onboard with you, but it would have to either sit under the seat or fit in a carrier and put under the seat.

I know this because my ex roommate often flew home with her cat.

This is true. When our cat was alive, we used to fly with her. They allowed us to put her in a pet carrier, and carry her on the flight with us. She wasn't fond of it, though.

The cat passed away in 1999.

Did she meow, hiss, or howl?

I'm asking because my cats tend to meow, hiss, and howl when they are traveling in cat carriers (in a car, though). But my cats really surprised me last April when I moved cross country from Minnesota to Texas...they behaved sooooooo well in the car for THREE DAYS! (we stopped halfway in Arkansas). A couple of little fights, but they only lasted like a minute. But for the most part, they were part quiet. I was surprised! (three cats)

HAHA! It would be neat, but I don't think it would happen. Some people are allergic to dogs or cats.

They smell bad because of the cologne/perfume the stewards and stewardesses wear! :D

i've never flown with pets, but i know a lot of airlines will allow you to bring pets onboard as long as they're in a carrier or a special bag. you can also ask your vet to prescribe some tranquilzers for your pet so it won't be scared during the flight

Yeah, and the pets are stored elsewhere on the plane. It wouldn't be fair to store pets with you on the plane due to unknown pet allergies of other passengers.

She did, yes. She would meow incessantly. She had this "tone" that would indicate that she was highly indignant of the situation. It was clear she didn't like it much.

She also would give "dirty looks", whenever we let her out of the carrier. She was a persian, and they look mean. If you've ever seen a Persian cat, you'll know what I mean. They have a pushed in face, and a perpetual "Don't mess with me, I'm pissed" look going on.

She was something.

Yeah, I know what you are talking about, LOL!

Yes it would be nice but there are some people who are allergy to pets and it wouldn't be fair to them...

Tell this to the airlines. They are the ones that allow small pets onboard.

I was hopin' you would! Some people haven't seen Persians, so they don't know about their pushed in faces. I actually grew up with Persian cats. My parents used to breed them. We had cats from the time I was 3 until 1999, when Katie died. I was 29 when she died. We got her as a kitten when I was 11.
