I'd guess it depends.. it helps for some.

One morning in high school I was late for school, and I was in hurry to find a spot in parking lot.. I parked illegally to get to class. The principal was nice enough to give me after school detention for it which I was OK with it.

Sometimes. I always did it late in the night, my evenings were too distracting.

I gave speech/presentation in the past, I might feel tired a couple of times at same time nervous.

I had done one about probability and dating behavior. I said so much I ended up going over my allotted time limit. I did that on purpose to eat up on the Q&A time.

Yes in my early elementary school years to catch up with my education. I think one or two summers, couldn't remember.
