:rofl: yes i always said Wal Fart all the time !! but one day my friend and i went wal mart and bought stuff what i need and went in the line i made the check i wrote " wal fart " front cashier" my friend hit my arm and try to tell me look at my check i said what ??????????? i looked my check OOOOOPS !!!! I put VOID on check lmaoooooooo!!!! my friend laughed at me

Aleve. 2 aleve is the prescription strength of what the doctor will give you for cramps
 
Simply take a couple of Advils and lay down for 30 minutes, or perhaps a short nap - then I m off back to normal.

I use generic iburprofen medicine to relieve the cramp pain (I don't get it too often though, cuz I don't pay attention to my pain). I'm usually busy with my boys and activities and it helps me to keep my mind off my PMS/cramps/menstrations. :dunno:

Right now, I haven't had any since five months. :mrgreen:
 
AHEM - have a new topic - do you use pads or tampons or ob??
I tried to use OB but I cant stick something up in my p***y... I like pads better........this is my theory - when you are born = you are in diapers, this is to help the transition from that then later to old age diapers.....

I like tampons better than shit pads lol !! i like platsic with tampon easy to get out from my puzzy hee hee

My male roomate did got pads for me when I was feel sick due of PMS on first day.
I wonder if any men can dare to get pads/tampoons for women who happen to be sick due of PMS. Can you dare? Me curious.

I dont know why you ladies have some sereve or mild or not too bad cramps..
i dont have NONE.. just muscle cramp from lifting too much (due to gall stone surgery-still not recovery).. but Grr i hate zits all over my cheeks.. when i have mine.. Pffth!.. speaking of devil.. i have them now.. anytime/anyday.. i will get it.. bleeeh

I use both. If really heavy bleeding, I use tampons and "overnight" pads. If just light bleeding, I use tampons and "thinliner" pads. Sometimes I don't use tampons or pads, or vice versa.
