What kind of meds do you use for your period - to relieve those cramps and PMS (if you have it)??
I use Advil - it works for me! always have a mini bottle in the car which I have a big bottle at home to refill that mini bottle. I dont have PMS but I have often had period cramps so bad (on the first day) that I cant stand up or even lie down straight, I end up in a little ball..... I dont know why it is that bad on the first day. In High School I would have to miss class cuz of that......one time I got period during the middle of class and I could barely walk to the nurse's office...but I heard there is this heat patch you put on your stomach too bad I didnt have that in high school.... now as I get older it is better but I just want to sleep all day/never leave the bed.......I dont have the bitchy mood swings......
 
When my GF (now ex) had her period, I used the Get Out Of The House medicine. LOL. That cures all the headaches from the period.
 
i have two pills i use, depending on how severe it is, one is advil and the other one is tyenol, and the dosages is always at 500 mg for two pills ( thats 1k mg) and it goes away the first 8 hrs so i can get thru the day without complaining, but the week before period starts i would bloat in my breast and my lower back would start to hurt then one or maybe two days i would have mood swings I gotta find a way to control that particular mood swings.
we'll see how it works got some remedies from some poeple but we'll see :)
 
I use advil for my period too....but haven't had period for 7 months now. :lol:
 
i suffer -- i dont take nuthing for cramps or anything else -- just ride it out and ill be fine

I use same brand as yours. It's so working so well for my period. Without it, I would gone so crazy and ultra-bitchy for sure. :twisted:
 
I'M THANKFUL FOR NO PERIOD!... I give alot of mercy to ladies...

You mean Midlife crisis??? when the old guys try to act young and dye their hair, buy a harley or fast car..... trying to be cool and recapture their youth???

no Heather shes not joking -- there IS "pms" for the men -- really is called a midlife crisis -- its in the medical journals now as a recognized thing for men LOL

I am not joking. I heard from older people talk about that. Also one older man (60's) who admitted to me about his experience thru "Male PMS". he said "That's pretty HELL." 258 to know.
 
yeah right - it is the spouse that suffers..............I really hate when I hear that they try to hang with a young pretty thing... it is like they lose their logic and sanity.... it can really mess up the relationship

Would be nice for older men take their turn for get experience to feel hell symptoms like young women's suffering. But only one thing is blood. dang dang dang.
