Thanks for posting this. I hadn't seen Keith Nolan before - his presentation was great to watch. I hope he makes the progress he's looking for.

Too bad Admiral Mullen didn't get it at all that he was being addressed by a Deaf person using an interpreter. Shook the interpreter's hand?!?

Hello I am prof ASL cheer, I can help motivate research alots of really lots of ASL.. I saw Keith is really army. It is hardest. He is very clever is good person really kindly. alots of impression. He good graduation level high promotion. high quality. He want to goal army wanted to back to army.. encourage to deaf people reason safety if suppose prevent to cause hard tell you.
