P90x

:giggle: I do need a coach, my exercise partner isn't too great! She never shows up. I do okay by myself, but I have a long way to go :)

Now, do you TRUST me as a coach? LOL....

Why long way to go? Because your partner never shows up, you get lazy?

Anybody ever thought about VP coaching? mmmmm :laugh2:

Id like to. but to be honest, I am a lazy ass. seriously. :( If i were single, i would!

Ouch! So your husband is stuck with your lazy arse that is growing larger? :laugh2:

If you single, you would be in shape and have nice, cute and tight arse? :laugh2:

Now that does not sound fair, eh? :laugh2:

I have met Frisky..she is very fit.

My brother said something about this P90Xbox..it costs $600?

No it doesn't cost 600. I got mine for 125.00 and then I bought the resistance bands separately. I suppose it would cost that much if you got everything they wanted you to buy. You really just need the bands and a place you can do pullups.

My brother also bought the full P90x for 79.00 on Amazon, or like 2 payments of 39 or something.

yea that does not sound fair. I have notice that lots of wives do workout nowaday. :D

I did one of the cardio workouts. Didn''t seem too hard, although I couldn't do the Dreya rolls. I have been running for about a year and half and lifting for about a year now, though. My gym is rather pricey and I'm not sure its worth the money. My roomate has it and I may just give it ago once my gym contrract is up. 6 days per week seems like alot though.

If you are highly self motivated and have no problem putting in the work then P90X is for sure a really good workout to get! You just must understand that you have to put in a lot of physical work as well as paper work (from what I've heard)... If you tend to have very little motivation when it comes to fitness training you could always hire a personal trainer to help you out with your motivation! Besides all this if you have any questions please feel free to ask me anything health and fitness related and in case you don't know who I am, my name is John Mckinstry and I currently work as a personal trainer for the deaf in the state of colorado! So please ask any questions that may come up and I will be more than happy to help!
Thanks,
~John

I just downloaded this today. When I get my jeep back from the shop I am going to go buy some resistance bands and a yoga mat. Hopefully I can start this tommarow. Looks like I will be sore for a while. I would prefer dumbells but they cost way too much
