My dad went to Japan for my brother's wedding. He married a japanese woman. Yes things are very differant there. They are very expensive too it seems. The whole trip cost my dad a small fortune and it was only for the wedding.

But in America bathrooms are clean too, I don't see them asking for money for cleanliness.
