That's also a good idea! I had to decide between a toggle feature or moving the smileys. I voted for moving them, but I'm also cool with a toggle feature. And, I'm cool with just ignoring the silly things too!

To be honest, this is getting to be redundant! We've been here/done this already. I say live and let live. The smileys bother me, but I also choose not to use them. We really should all just grow up and be adults and learn to deal with the stinking things! They aren't hurting anybody! lol

For your information, Ive never seen any x rated movies and yep Im in my mid 30s. I was actually embarassed at first when I saw these x rated emoticions but I learned how to ignore them. I am sure that others cannot ignore them though.
What makes you think they were X-rated? Do you think it's wrong for a woman to mow her front yard in her bikini or swimsuit? My parents think that if there's nudity in movie, it should be considered X-rated. They think that There's Something About Mary and Me, Myself, & Irene are a disgrace. They actually walked out on both movies because of a small minor part. People say, "Darn it! Shoot! Bull! Gosh!" We all know what they really mean. It's a matter of using our imagination.

:::gasping for breath:::: call 911! Im very hurt!

LOL Meg ... Breathe, girl.

Are you breathing?

Okay, good...

Now, the emoticons are offensive. I will give you that, and, I do not like them, either. However, it's very easy to ignore them. But, for those that really can't stand to see them, the mods (and Alex) are trying to come up with a way to appease us all. I also think they are doing their level BEST at trying to come up with a good compromise, so we all can live in har and can finally put this issue to rest once and for all. Lets give them the chance to do that, shall we?
