Read my post again - IF NBC is used by terrorists, the option to use tactical nukes (short range missiles, bunker bombs, cruise missiles) remain on the table. Do not confuse with strategic nukes (ICBMs, SLBMs, increased kt cruise missiles), these are for total annihilation.

Well, I guess bin Laden was killed in that secret prison by "accident". So Bush told Obama, "We haven't found him yet." So, I feel sorry for Obama. ;)
 
If your country wanted to find Bin Laden, they would have found him in 2001. I doubt he's hard to find. There's a lot more to it.
