In many cases, classics that have been modified are worth a lot more than original. Therefore originals become harder and harder to find daily. I wouldn't be surprised if the cost of original vehicles surpasses the cost of modified vehicles one day. You know anyone with handy auto experience would modify pretty any classics, but where to find originals? People with modified vehicles would often prefer to have an original to start with and have it modified their own way as opposed to buying someone else's modified project.
