Hey it sounds stupid but if she gets the money...

Pretty sure she won't.... there's no damn proof showing that shampoo did that!

Easy, pile strands over my head and shake my butt to some bad 80s motown number! :D

:laugh2: Blech!

I do not like the dread look.... Yes, globs of knotted unkempt unwashed hair that you intentionally don't take care of that tends to smell bad that you have to use minty oil on to keep from smelling bad and you have to cut off if you want it to go away and damages you hair for life! Yeah, no thanks! :ugh:

* Straight up now tell me by Paula Abdul * :laugh2: * I can see it now!

I had really long hair. I was so proud of it, it took me forever to get it that long. When I got sick and was in a coma for a month, they left E.E.G. glue in my hair. When I woke up I had the biggest knot ever. We tried everything but nothing worked. Went in to my hairdresser and she had to cut 12-14 inches off. I was pretty pissed off at first but hey I woke up from a coma and I lived so my hair didn't matter much any longer.
Now it is pretty long again and I have no desire cutting it.

Ridiculous.

First, she would have to prove that the shampoo makers knew that severe tangling would be a common effect and yet ignored that possibility; that would be the negligence.

Second, Walmart would also have to be aware of the problem and ignore it; that would be negligent.

Third, the customer would be expected to have tried to mitigate the damage by going for help rather than just whacking off her hair. Did she go to a beautician or at least a friend to try to work on her hair? Did she follow the shampoo directions?

Too many unanswered questions. I doubt that she has a winnable case. However, the store may choose to settle just to put this aside.

I think it's a money-making scam.

You forgot one more thing... where are other victims? Is she the only victim? Walmart is known for buying in bulk rate to get deep discount and able to sell at cheaper. If this is true, we will be hearing other victims... Where are they?

Oh, I'm sure there are plenty other points that can be brought up against her case. My list wasn't all inclusive. :)

Not really, been though corporation lawsuit, and I won mostly on my own. I tried to get attorney, no attorney wants take my case thinking my case is dead case until the end... I ended up have a strong case against corporation's very powerful attorney.

But your right, corporation attorney tend to be more powerful than personal attorney.

:laugh2: Ooooooooh people..... Oh people.... They really will make a lawsuit over anything these days... Pathetic... Proof? Dumbass... If she were that concerned with her "beautiful flowing mane" why was she using Walmart brand shampoo anyways!? Good lord... :squint: Brush it out woman, JEEZE! :squint: Idiots... idiots everywhere... Conditioner maybe?!

Yeah like HELLO! If her hair meant that much to her why is using a cheapo brand shampoo .

To be honest, if I had sue the company in 2007 or earlier, I will be filthy rich by now. Not anymore, they capped the lawsuit as of 2007. When I sue them, I wasn't thinking about money, and yes I do need help with financial but that was not the biggest thought on my mind. My biggest thought was getting damn treatment, no doctors were willing to treat me... Again it is their money that they wanted, they don't give damn about me. Long story, and I suffered and fought hard, left, right, and all of BS you name it! Finally right doctor, right surgeon began to provide me with treatment right after the Judge fell into my side. The case is STILL open! It was supposed to remain close, but my new attorney had to re-open because some of bills for specific medical care expenses were left unpaid and that company's insurance refused to cover. By law, I was not supposed to pay a penny for any medical care for specific injury, which I already have paid some. This part is easy for me and my new attorney.

I am not looking for more money, just the treatment and have them covered and cover my daily expenses until I'm fully recover and return to work. My surgeon forbid me from working anywhere! Sheesh, but she will tell me when I am ready to return work at what level.

So her case with Wal-mart is laughable for me. Sorry, cause I went though the lawsuit and I know what it is like, she has NO case, period.

I could see the woman suing Wal-Mart if the shampoo blinded her or made her very ill , I agree she does not have a case.

Or perhaps a prankster did that on her and she thought it was Wally's fault. :hmm:

I have seen pranks involving shampoos....Oh wait, did she had bad relationship and her ex been anal to her and did something? :hmm:

See? Don't need high powered attorney to defeat that case. Case is DOA, pretty much!

Maybe thats them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PKQE8FM2Uw

Or maybe that same woman who pulled prank on that poor guy? Who hell knows?
