once worlds fattest man shed 292KG!!

I thought the fattest man was somewhere in Mexico. I wonder if he died?

Well...one thing for sure....Fat ain't where it's at....eat healthy and be healthy.

and....obviously the guy wasn't working, he couldn't even fit out his front door. How could afford to be feeding himself 20,000 calories a day? How do you do that?

It's called "enablers." People that bring garbage to him to eat. Clearly he wasn't buying it or making it himself. Still, good for him to get his weight down for the surgery.

all so sad

Holy crap that's 643 pounds!!! In two years? Is that healthy? oh whatever, it's certainly HAS to be healthier than NOT losing 643 pounds. He lost almost 7 Ambers lol. That's almost mind boggling. Can you believe he waited 8 years to have a gastric bypass to lose wait after they had to cut the front of his house out and use a forklift to get him in the ambulance though? That'd be a pretty good motivator wouldn't you think?
I remember reading about this woman who had spent years sitting on her couch at home. They had to forklift her out of her house. She died because her body went into shock from having it removed from the couch. Apparently, she was on the couch for so long that her body had merged with the cushions. :barf:

OMG!! Okay, so she couldn't get up to go the bathroom, the sofa and her ass were one, so they weren't putting anything under her or whatever, what were they doing with her waste. OMG I don't even want to think about it anymore. What kind of life is that? And being perfectly aware of your situation?? yikes, Grummer nailed it, Flesh Jail.

So much skin to be removed. omg he's going to have scars all over his body after cutting off all that skin. But wow he's going to be FREE to move like a normal person! I'm so happy for him!

...then he'd have to get a decent job (if there's any) and try save up all those ultra-expensive plastic surgeries and re-constructions...

Doctors may hopefully donate their services to help that man get rid of all that skin. And maybe some wealthy person will pay for the hospital recovery.

I googled for more information and the skin-cutting operation takes a LONG time to recovery with high risks of infection.
