Google (your state) Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. There should be a link on th ehome page for you to do a self referral form on line.
 
I am so very glad that I opened this thread. I thought that my problem was a huge one. I am happy that it is not so. Thanks everyone for calming my concerns. Now back to business- my ASL study.
