oh really, aw shucks ... i still do NOT understand
why you have to owe back to SSA ? ( u mean both
SSI and SSDI )

Either. If a Deaf person says they owe SSA money (either SSI or SSDI), it could mean one of the three things I can think of: SSA overpaid them or the Deaf clients lied about working or SSA messed up the paperwork! The money has to be replaced!

Hmm. I dont know how much i'd get, and to be honest i dont expect a lot. But if its over 300$ Im putting it in a savings account.. I dont have a lot of money as it is, and last year i got 800$ but most of it went to my dad's trip back home from gally (which pissed me off greatly) so this year if i get anything, i'll save it. (I hope, cause theres a lot of stuff i need.. clothes, fix computer, stuff i want.. digital camera.. car.. etc) But im a poor college student so i'll prolly end up saving most of it. :)

Hi there,

Not sure how much we'd get back, but we do like to catch up on overdue or past due bills with our refund...and if there's anything left over, we could always buy the kids some new clothes...they grow like weeds these days!

DVD's too...I love movies!

Right, I reported to them that I was working 40 hours per week, and they never did anything about it. Then finally they caught up and bla bla You owe us this much money, bla bla. That's why I avoid SSI from now on, even if I didn't earn much money, because I don't trust the SSA anymore. They can't maintain their own paperworks!

Nice Truck There!!!

i cannot wait for future to come.. Tax refund sure helps for Down Payment...:D

Well its actually more a car but Dodge classified it as a truck because of its folding rear seats. It's a trick used to make Dodge's gas mileage average look good and meet the US Government's fuel economy fleet average laws. Cars sold in the USA must meet the Government's CAFE (Coprorate Average Fuel Economy) law with 25 mpg for ALL of its cars and trucks must meet 21 mpg no matter size motors.

Dodge could have sold the Magnum as a car but since Dodge sells a LOT of trucks that guzzles gas more than the Magnum so moving the Magnum to the truck section keeps Dodge from being fined a lot by the Government.

since there's law about miles per gallon...

The Hummer2 is 10 mpg... they didn't follow the law.. this confuse me a bit...

If im not mistaken, hummers started out as military vehicles, perhaps thats what excuses it from the law? Besides, they cost what, 80k? Whats the point in mpg if you're going to pay for what you could buy a house with? :)

Yea, and if you cant afford a house because of it, you could probobly live in it, but for the same price... you could afford a moble home, and i think that gets better gas milage!

What would I do with Tax Refund.. I would prolly pay for my tuition or something like that.

When I get tax refund then I'd put them away for my daughter's college fund.

I won't be receiving a refund this year. As a matter of fact, I'll be doing the exact opposite.
