Yes, minorities are victims of bias/racism in the court system. Yes white jurries are more likely to convict minorities. Yes it is racist to say these jurry members can't be fair because they are white.

It would be like saying you are surprised a black man was innocent because black men are more likely to commit crime.

I know he is a serial rapist ! I was wondering if he is also a
sociopath . And this doesn't mean I think he should get off for being insane. He belong in jail for a good long time !

Um no...... Have you actually read up on this? Do you know about the issues in the justice system? If you read up on issues in the justice system, you'll see a LOT of bias and unfair justice rendered when minorities are the victims.......I wish it wasn't that way, but it's true.... I wish all white juries didn't have biases.....and granted this was a 100% horrendous case no matter how you slice it.

Yes, I'm aware of issues in the justice system, and I've done jury duty.

That doesn't mean it's not a racist presumption to make that all white jurors are assumed to be biased. A statement that presumes people of one race are expected to behave in a certain way based only on their race is a racist statement.

I'm glad this evil-doer is going to prison, period.

This is one of many reasons why I do not believe in death penalty. There will always be flaws in justice system.
