Oh yes, some of you know that I was at 5 weeks spa last October 2006. Very interesting...

I learn tips from there...

If you want to fry the white, red meats or white fishes then just half teaspoon of oil and mix with some mineral water... It taste really soooo super.... and very low fat... I don't use salt and pepper on any meats and fishes but herbals/spice, I bought from spa.

I use it real alot since I came home from 5 weeks spa. (but not for coat meats/fishes with breadcrumbs).

Oh I got it now, at first I thought you meant regular salad ....I make alot of different kind of salads, so it's depend on what I'm making, sometimes there will be mayo in it, sometimes they will be olive oil etc.....

You will be able to try some of my salad at the wedding,

Sure, why not...

I used Olive oil for saute' onions, peppers or any veggies.

I used vegetable oil or Crisco shortening for frying.

I used salad dressing for my salads like ranch, french or italian dressings.

I used real butter on my toasts.

I also used Pam for my baking, cooking fry eggs, pancakes, etc.

as for macaroni and potatoe salads ..I used miracle whip.

I use Olive Oil mostly on frying and cooking. butter in veggies.. no salt on any. I don't use oil on any salad. I'm not crazy over salads.
