Oh, many states and federal cut a lot of education funding after massive republican victory in 2010 election, so I was thinking about 2009-2010.

How many deaf schools are closed? I know Nebraska School for the Deaf closed in 1998. The low enrollment has caused deaf school to closed.

The school shooting is very, very hard to prevent - see Jiro's advice.

I hope the four people know how to shoot to kill and that they have the guts to do shoot a person in the heart or third eye.

No, you need to understand the implications of concealed carry. They're not going to let just anybody carry a gun there, especially not someone who just picks up a gun, twirls it on the finger and puts a hole in Mom's cherished heirloom mirror (hint, he's young enough to be living with his Mom and Dad), rounding the damage out with a hole in the grandfather's clock with the glass shot out of it in the next room. Even police instructors have shot themselves in the foot by accident(!). You have to demonstrate a degree of accuracy in the shooting portion of the test.

I'm not exactly sure what the law is on it in an educational setting (does it even exist yet?), but in Texas, you cannot shoot to kill. You have to shoot to stop. Sometimes a death happens, but you're supposed to shoot to stop. Prosecutors will pick apart shootings, as will the defense teams. That is what concealed carry classes do, help you understand the gravity of the situation a gun represents, as it can ruin your life if you shoot to kill. Concealed carry is a grave responsibility...

I disagree with you and the situation about school shooting is very, very different, that's not regular citizen with CCW and they are likely to get shot by perpetrator due to lacking of training and not equivalent to LEO. Also, add children to make more sensitive.

I need data to support your claim now, so not interested to wait until 10 years. It means you don't have any source to support your argument. I want know about "school shooting", not single event that related to CCW.

so do you mean... murder for "shoot to kill"? and self-defense for "shoot to stop"?
 
I have the answer! Has anyone here noticed that all these wacko shooters are guys? I don't see any women in the news showing up somewhere with their fucking Bushmaster and going down in a blaze of stupid.

Different subject though, Jiro. There are lots of women out there that are crazy and evil as can but the one thing they are not doing are these outrageous gun violence crimes. Now get Hollywood and the advertisers and the game makers and the military tradition in on it for a few decades aimed right at women I am sure we could train up some real sickos in a relative hurry. in fact it is being done as we speak.
A lot of these male criminals are acting in the most cowardly disgusting lowlife way that a male can possibly act. They prey on the innocent, the unsuspecting, the less able to defend themselves using every advantage they can to perpetrate their acts.
I remember as a small boy just naturally into war games and aggressive playing there were several favorite themes. The "they'll never get me alive shootout" was one that came from media but man we loved it.
I don't know what the answer is but I do know that my gender is screwing up what could be a peaceful and productive world for us all.

and what about female criminals? that's a lot of sentences in your post blaming male criminals and only one short sentence about female criminals.
 
The majority of violent criminals are male. The majority of gun crimes are carried out by men. In fact if we track out who is doing what we are trouble with a capital T. I have read the statistics and it is not a question at all. We are the problem. The male gender. There is good among us but the facts are there right in front of us.
There are bad news females no question but on the balance of things the side with the men on it whoa. We have to figure out a way to do better.
