Ohio man charged with exposing his breasts

An Ohio man with the breasts of a woman has been charged with indecent exposure after he was spotted shirtless.

"He's a guy. He's real tall, and he's got a full set of breasts," assistant Cincinnati solicitor Kevin Donovan told the Cincinnati Post.

Jerome Mason, 23, was spotted shirtless by police at 1:00 am on April 22. Since then, the 6-foot, 200-pound man's case has floundered in the courts because he has failed to meet with his court-appointed attorney.

But public defender Michael Welsh said the charges really ought to be dropped.

"It's not illegal for a man to expose his breasts," Welsh told the Cincinnati Post.

"It's also not even technically illegal for a woman to expose her breasts (in public)," he said Thursday.

That is most stupid thing I've heard..... Why this poor guy had to get in trouble for something he didn't?? There is no problem for me seeing men with no shirt on..
 
This is silly, they had to arrest him for exposing his breast?... :ugh:
 
On the other hand, why is it illegal for women to walk around shirtless? I don't get it....Breasts are for giving milk...they aren't sexual! Back in the '20's everyone wanted to be flatchested!

He could be a she-male/transexual, since it said breasts of a woman.

LOL No....like I mentioned at the top, I found it in a message board for this article. I just thought it was funny that people were making little "smilies" about breasts, that's all. :)

As for the article, there are guys who have "breasts" when they start puberty, but they actually outgrow it (something to do with hormones). But this guy's "man-boobs" are unheard of by me until now! LOL
 
I have a friend who is abit overweight and he has big pointy "breasts" sticking out of his chest and I teased him if he has ever heard of a male bra LMAO!!
 
too too weird...peeps get arested for nothing and peeps who kill get away with it...sad sad place the world is...
 
no he shouldn't have gotten arrested for it, but come on, there are just some men out there that do not need to be going shirtless, and i don't need anyone comin after me about this with not liking a guy cause he's overwieght. i feel the same about women wearing things way too damn tight.
 
I been to Malaga, Spain and there's plenty of breasts to be seen there.

If this guy is transsexual, wouldn't it have been harassment to charge him with this? Or at least that ought to be a consideration...

yes he could but the article said he over weight so it is most liky because of that he has brests from ecsees fat and hormones from that, fro some reson setorgen likes fat. but even if he is not a tranie or a drag queen he probly can file harassnent charges.
