Not always. Prices can be artificially manipulated.
Reduce demand and see what happens.

We do, too. I have a feeling it wouldn't fit in our yard.We doesn't have enough land to build the windmill and we live in subdivision....
We did with electricity, and our rate was increased because the utility wasn't getting enough revenue.Reduce demand and see what happens.
That can be done? It wouldn't be too much vibration?Put one on the roof then.

In our subdivision, there's a height limit for antennas, so there's probably a limit for windmills, too.
Corruption? You'll have to do an exposé on it.
Are you sure that's why the price is going up? People have been cutting back, and cars have been improving their mileage, yet the price keeps climbing.
Yes. Everyone is furious about it. After a lot of complaining, the electric company backed off a little bit, and spread out the increase over a longer period. We're still not happy, though. It's like we got punished for conserving electricity.Rate was increased, but did that translate to higher bills despite reduced use?
Demand is a factor.....but a very small factor

OK. I was more interested in solar power, anyway.Look like Souggy got it, I was just yanking the chains.

There you go. Get off the grid entirely.
but solar power doesn't work at night so she still need electricity for night.

I'm not responsible to pay electricity bill but my relative is.
but you are responsible for incurring the cost added to electricity bill.
