We doesn't have enough land to build the windmill and we live in subdivision....
We do, too. I have a feeling it wouldn't fit in our yard.

Reduce demand and see what happens.
We did with electricity, and our rate was increased because the utility wasn't getting enough revenue.

Put one on the roof then.
That can be done? It wouldn't be too much vibration?

In our subdivision, there's a height limit for antennas, so there's probably a limit for windmills, too.

Rate was increased, but did that translate to higher bills despite reduced use?

Woo! Banjo is sure giving someone a run for her mill.

Look like Souggy got it, I was just yanking the chains.

Corruption? You'll have to do an exposé on it.

Don't know how to expose.

The vice president of HOA complained at me about install new carpet in my room so they sneaky around subdivision and look at truck with new carpet. He told me that kind of carpet is unacceptable and all carpet should be selected that HOA approved for all houses. They complained about our backyard isn't mowed either but it doesn't have wooden fence to cover it. They complained about cars park on curb and threat to homeowners to call tow truck to take car away at homeowner's expense. One of my neighbor told me that HOA threated her to take to court because of 6 dogs in her backyard so HOA wants less dogs like 1 or 2 in backyard. They complain about everything and one of neighbor that who is heavily closer with HOA scold me over speed limit on subdivision road so I told her that speed limit isn't posted in subdivision road then she went call police to report on me.

2 months to left - DC!!!!

Are you sure that's why the price is going up? People have been cutting back, and cars have been improving their mileage, yet the price keeps climbing.

Demand is a factor.....but a very small factor

Yes. Everyone is furious about it. After a lot of complaining, the electric company backed off a little bit, and spread out the increase over a longer period. We're still not happy, though. It's like we got punished for conserving electricity.

So, the whole supply and demand precept of capitalism is negligble? If no one demands it, there is no need to supply it.

Happens with monopolies. Don't blame you for being furious.
