He didnt say how to solve the economy but going to approve those bills that spend a lot of $$.

he got the $787 billion and he is adding $400 billion more, I think.

Isn't that a little more then what Bush spent??

Either way, any time a politician says "Promise", it usually don't happen for one reason or another.

But the only good thing of the bill i see is more money for roads and bridge which he spoke of in his speech, but all of that other stuff just don't sound right. How are we going to decide who gets the money for the "Greener" jobs? Why give money to companies, and not have Tax cuts for them instead? That way the best will succeed, instead of favoritism and favors being played out.

He spoke of companies that have plants outside the USA will not get any help, but yet 90% of our stuff we have comes from over sea. Will he close the bill that President Clinton created by allowing companies to go over seas? But then he wants to start a beginning program of allowing 500 mexican truckers from mexico come in the USA down NAFTA highway. Does this really make any sense??

Earmark is a congressional provision added by congressmen that allows funding for specific projects or allows specific exemptions from taxes or mandated fees usually for a particular organization or project in their home state or to lobbyist that supported him/her in being elected.

In other words, a few hidden sentences that directs some of money to be spent on project that has no business being there in first place.
