If you read the entire linked passage, it mentions that the list was constantly changing. My point was it wasn't ONLY the US England that ever sent troops.
Don't you mean constantly shrinking?

Yeah I believe it's just people repeating talking points. I have been accused of doing the same thing with liberal points but I've been a liberal since my teens and have always identified better with that view. Also, it's taken a while but I have developed my own views on issues with a strong liberal bent and there's very few things that I disagree with on that side of the political spectrum.
don't You Mean constantly Shrinking?
You are obviously a fluid thinker!

Thank you for the link, yea I miss those days when Bill was president..
Yeah. The only thing I disagree with is the idea of banning guns, which I don't think is right. I'm no champion for gun rights but I do believe that there should be stricter controls in place to keep criminals from getting their hands on guns.
Otherwise, I'm pretty much liberal.
My mom is in physical therapy for her wrist. She met a guy there who came back from iraq due to a hand blown off - - he is in p.t. to deal with that. He, a US soldier, told my mom that if we were not there fighting then sure as hell, "they" will come over here and start a war. He says, and I agree, MOST of us forgot 9/11 and what it really means.
He knows Washington people and bunch of other politicians that can be instrumental to having his bills passed. He did good for a while back then - clamping down on political corruption especially with campaign fund - Campaign Finance Reform. Not sure why or how he went crazy recently. What exactly about McCain's experience than Obama? Could you please be specific what's McCain kind of experience except military experience?
What's McCain's plan when he wins at election?
I'd have to agree with you. Bush seems like a regular jolly fellow but too bad he sucks as the President.Honestly, McCain's manner behavior is worst than Bush.
Obama talks good but nothing to deliver. McCain gets mad and delivered. I'll give you a few list of McCain's proposals -How? All what I see is he didn't say very much about positive issues. Could you please help me to fresh my memory what's his positive issues ? It could be that McCain stick Bush's system when he wins at election? I only see his experience is negative/attack Obama more and more than talk positive issues.
because McCain has been in the game for a long time and knows better than Obama on how it works.I would like to remind you that Obama is 47 years old, not 7 or 17 years old...
Oh yes, Is it because of McCain's age that's why he have more experience than Obama?
GOOD LUCK! Sure I'd love to change America but it doesn't works the way you think. I'd give him a chance if he can improve Illinois but he hasn't much so how can he change USA? Illinois Senator for only 2-3 years? way too early to be in this Presidential race :roll:If Obama want to change America or world then I see why not... Would you give him the chance if you want to see your country to be improve when he says that he want to change America?
Not always leaders are eloquent and charismatic. Obama may be eloquent and charismatic but if he can't deliver... then he is no different from Bush.I did said "almost" which mean is their talent and career. They both visited law school and have good school background... McCain? McCain only have military experience, that's it. I know his speech that he is not brighter. I would say that his intelligence is much worst than Bush.
Older workers are replaced with cheaper, faster, and younger workers because of new technology/equipment - just like Hollywood people are replaced by younger, prettier celebrities. old news.Re: the first 2 bolded sentences, perhaps we need to look at the quality of that experience rather than the quantity of that experience. Of course, McCain has more experience....he's older. That only translates to better qualified if you use convoluted logic. Its the same thing in the business sector. Older workers with more experience are passed over every day in this country in favor of younger workers with more novel ideas. That is considered to be good business practice. Perhaps we should use some consistency in practice when we "hire" a president.
Re: the last 2 bolded sentences...that doesn't frighten you? I personally am a bit concerned about someone in a leadership position that exhibits those unstable qualities.

And as for his plan.... who knows? we all don't know any of Presidential candidates' real plan for a while after elected.
I'd have to agree with you. Bush seems like a regular jolly fellow but too bad he sucks as the President.
Obama talks good but nothing to deliver. McCain gets mad and delivered. I'll give you a few list of McCain's proposals -
To Detroit's Dismay, McCain Proposes Rise in Fuel Standards
Should Gun Shows Be Outlawed? McCain bill does much more than impose background checks (something that anti-gunner/liberals would love)
McCain, Bush agree on torture ban
I'll have to look for list of bills that McCain passed when I get home tonight.

Bush has never been eloquent and charismatic. Which would make Obama quite different from him. BTW, glad you guys all enjoyed "Politics Explained"!

yike! you messed a bit with some HTML coding haha. Bush's eloquency? haha! But I guess Bush appeased to Americans because of his "Texan" image even though he is not a Texas native. Plain-spoken, non-elitist characteristics, tough attitude "my highway or the highway", etc.
