NyQuil

Well that was not acceptable, we were in different direction where we can't run on them. I really have no funkin idea what their motive was. Glad I got out just fine, but that experience really makes me homesick for New York. Not just only that reason, other reasons as well.

If that was in Texas, I would have my shotgun ready.

I take it when I get sick... it tastes like crap! However, it knocks me right out! The best thing for most colds is sleep. :) So, I end up sleeping when I take it and it definitely helps sore throats. :P It works for me, anyway. :P

I would never take it to get high.... What idiot does that?! :roll:
 
I took Oscillococcinum from Whole Foods, it does have a good customer reviews, and healing quickly. I'm on FLU day 1. :|

Flu are everywhere in this world. In DC I get flu or cold twice per year. In CA I only get it once per two years. I think I got it from driving my convertible car at night right after I took hot shower at home.

Updated post: I refuse to take FLU shots.

I had flu in 1997.

I got colds about 1-3 times every years.
 
Man, I only get sick once every year or two... sometimes two and a half or three! The point being, I rarely get sick! Great immune system? Doctor immunizations? Extra vitamins or echinacea? God only knows... but I enjoy the fact it comes rarely! However when I do get sick, MAN it's a doozy! :(
 
To make long story short there was environmentist locally protesting and want shut down all off road vehicles on beach due to endangering turtle nests and other wildlife and erosion of beaches. Erosion of beaches from off road has little impact as proved though example of cape Cod, Cape cod had banned off road beach driving decades ago because locals think Offroad vehicle destruct the beauty of beachfront. After decades of banned, it gets worse anyway. DOJ ended up warned OBX residents that they can't afford ban OHV privilege otherwise towns will file bankruptcy. Solution, was allow OHV permit, with education involved and fees collect to cover the cost. OBX residents agreed with that because there was no other viable solution. Banned them will cause tourist revenue to drop considerable to the point where they can't support themselves.
That permit requirement went into effect two years ago. I think it is good idea because idiots needs to learn to respect environment and wildlife.

I found out about this though good friend of mine that works for DOJ and was assigned on OBX case. She explained the situation and DOJ knew that what OBX residents wanted is not going to work. Compromise made, so that is good.

Permit fee is 50 dollars a week, requires 2 hours class, 75 for season I think. This includes beach fire safety, and so on.

Thats good that you got strong immunity system, it depends on your DNA. Not everybody have same immunity system, it all depends on DNA. There are people out there that got DNA that does not include immunity defense mechanism with some viruses will likely to get sick more often than normal.

I grabbed nyquil D when it was on clearance few months back just in case.

Only got sick once so far this yr w mild case of food posioning. Chicken parmsean never ever again.
 
Finally, I feel completely better today and the colds seem all gone now.

No more headache.
