notetakers

Actually, the notetakers I have are very good, and the notes are very clear.

I had both volunteer and professional notetakers in the past when I was studying in university.

Once had an volunteer student notetaker... doesn't turn up all the time, or be late, sick etc... I complained to the deaf support service in University, so they gave me an professional notetaker which it was way better than volunteer student notetakers...

For me, the notetakers at college are good ones.

But, when doing hands-on projects, I don't need one - like Windows Administration utilizing Windows Server 2003.

I have requested for a notetaker with the disabilities coordinator at the college, but so far, nothing has been done. He just gave me a stack of carbon paper, and told me to give a few papers to another student to take notes with and blah blah blah. I mentioned I wanted a professional notetaker, not another student doing the notetaking. I've also been working on this with my Vocational Rehab. counselor, so hopefully the 3 of us will get this figured out.

Luckily, my english Professor is more than happy to share her notes with me, and she has been printing off notes for me.

As for the government class, nothing has been done, and the professor is not willing to share his notes.
