You've deleted half my posts, with no explanation?

Ok, there is a thing called a DIFFERENCE OF OPINION - deal with it.

My posts had no profanity. They shared an EXPERIENCE I personally dealt with as a Hearing Impaired Person.

My opinion on the issue of should you be HONEST and UPFRONT about your impairment on a job interview won't change.

But since you have deleted my post twice...I wonder how honest this site is? How many other posts you are deleting? How many people you are really trying to help....

something u have to get used to.... Some mods delete things willy nilly. Freedom of speech doesnt exist on the forums aha oh well

I completely agree with you that hiding your deafness in a job interview is a bad idea and I'm sorry to learn your posts were deleted. They shouldn't have been.

I did not see any of the posts of yours that were deleted. I wish I would read them. I like to read about experience of other people who are deaf just like me. Do you want to share it with me?? You can E mail it to me if you want to.
 
Yea you need to be careful in your assumptions. They might not be deleted. I have seen this elsewhere. Might be related to cookies.

Did you check your account , you may had posted your comments on the wrong threads. I did that when I first joined and my thread was moved to the right place.
 
I'm sure the members here at AD welcome everyone....and I'm sorry some of your posts got deleted. Maybe check with one of the mods to find out the reason, if any....
