Oh wow! Good luck and just remember to keep at it. I know...easier said than done. My aunt lost 70lbs on Atkins.

Yes, they asked, so i taught. I am trying to teach my half brother to do some family signs, just because i am bored.

I start Atkins tomorrow!

My mother did Atkins.

It is hard to do. My mom was on it for a while and She lost a lot.

She is no longer a hard core Atkins. But she still monitors her carb level.
