You are right.. But I am sure that FCC will scold SorensonVRS and force to get it working with all kinds of vp.

It's actually the other VRS providers that should be scolded for not following FCC's strict videoconferencing guidelines that Sorenson is following. Once all VRS providers comply with FCC videoconferencing codec requirements then they'll all be able to call each other.
