New law passed about burn US flag is banned

I had noticed that few post said that law was passed, created by republican people about burn the US flag is banned or people would sentenced in prison for life or so.

I don't think so... I don't like some system in USA but we can do it in other countries.
 
What about IRANIANS,Palenstines And Lebanese people do it? Should we Nuke em when they burn the american flag? I Bet The Supreme Court will strike it down cause the law is unconsitutional it volates the first admendment.
 
Well, I support that law and it only makes sense to protect and honor our national flag. We cannot do anything for the foregin people who burns them on the foregin soil, ofc. Let them go. But as americans we ought to respect it.

If you don't agree with it so why live here, hmm.
 
This law is really just re-writen. The ban has been in place since the days of George Washington!!! I think it is really stupid to create new law when old law really exist. RME!
 
Well I remmy I asked my mom why the USA flag have to be burn. She said it is to protect us from the forgein to steal our flag. :dunno:

But I think the USA flag should be burn if it worn out or falling apart so that no one can steal it from us.

What so? I born in USA and citizen in US too but I don't like some system too. I can careless if can burn USA flag for good reason and there's many people who did that in other countries and some latino in our state are burn USA flag too but they don't get in trouble.
 
Freedom is absolute. If you put this one aterisk in the Constitution, it will set precidents for future infringements on our Consitutional rights.
 
If guys were to burn the national flags of any arabic countries then for sure what they would do is shout Allah Akbar !!!! then attack, fight and slay the flag burner with their bare hands, a knife or their AK-47. Don't be surprised or shocked if the arabs on the street tried to behead him on the sidewalk of the street. The police won't even help, the police will jump up and around and shoot their guns in the air Jihad !!!! Jihad !!!! Allah Abkar !!!! with bloodthristy excitiement as the beheading proceeds with horrifying sounds of screaming and the last thing the flag burner sees as his head is being cut off is the flag is still burning and he sees somebody is running with a bucket of water to pour out the fire and preserve what is left of the flag or maybe they will let the flag burn to set an example to anybody who dares to burn their flag as he feels the cutting motions grate on his neck and his lights go out.

It is no different than here in the USA if people saw somebody burn the flag of the USA in an angry manner then he got what is coming to him. People will attack him with bare hands, fists and knives and even guns. That flag resprents much more than meets the eye. No beheading though. That is too sick.

The only appropriate way to burn a U.S. flag is to turn in old flags that have been weathered through many rainstorms etc. is to go to the American Legion or the V.F.W. then you give them your old flag then the veterans will collect all the flags at the end of the month, they will go somewhere to burn the old U.S. flags with honor, diginity and in a peaceful manner. There will be a period of mourning and refelection on what the U.S. flag means then they will set the old flags on fire in a diginifed, respectful manner.

If USA sucks then I will relocate to HK but I would buy US flag and matches from Wal-Mart before moving to HK then burn US flag in HK Park. :D

Well, that's no big deal but wait until several years later if USA would improving or not.

I can careless but police officer or FBI in USA can't bust me when I'm in other countries because other countries have different laws.
 
In Boy Scout, we burned the flag with respect, we'll cut it and put each stripe in at one at a time, like the Red stripe, let it burn, white stripe let it burn and then after each stripe his burned we'll place the blue square on the fire and than sulute until it is burned
 
Just be careful, never know if US is gonna to ask for extraidation and can force you to come back! Have it happened? The answer is yes. Also, since your deaf, many countries do discriminate and don't give damn about deaf. If your born deaf and in German, you are not allowed to drive, period! Some countries do not allow deafies to work at all! Do you want that? I don't think so!

Well, Australia have own ADA style law that passed in 1992, also one province in Ontario have same law but little weaker than ADA. In HK and some other countries, most deaf people get job from government assistance, that different from ADA. My ex-boyfriend offers me to visit in HK in few years years later and we are just wait and see if he would start with planning.

No thanks... I refuse to live in Germany because no english language. UK, Australia, HK, USA, Canada and english language is growing in Japan, also Japanese are learn about both of language. You know that who love Germany is Heath.

I can careless about driving because HK have great public transportation, alot better than LA and gas prices are rediciously higher in HK, probably around $5 per gallon. It save alot of $$$$ if not own car, no car insurance and no gas prices.
 
Excuse me what is HK ? and I was told Deaf people can drive in Germany as well as work in Germany.
 
I said *IF* you were born deaf, then you cant drive. That means if you born hearing and become deaf, you can drive. urgh!
