You can upload videos from iPhone to facebook application, but for other, I am not sure, but youtube, at the moment, no.

Yes, I had heard about it. but I won't download update OS 3.1 for MMS because I have free 3.0 tethering feature in my iPhone. If installing it, may remove tethering.

Millions of ways to do that. You can download anything from the web, like youtube videos and convert it to a format that works on a mobile phone...or download quicktime trailers, etc etc... if you have a favorite site that you go often...then I can help you with downloading videos to work on the iphone.
