Hey! I'm Jordan and I am hearing but want to learn how to sign. I do not know anyone that is deaf nor have I ever met someone deaf but I am so fascinated with the language and am very determined to learn it. Is there anyone who would want to help me learn other than me just watching youtube videos? I am so fortunate to be welcomed into such a great community of people. :ty: Thank you so much! I recommend you try to find an ASL class taught by a native user of the language.
 
Just a heads up, many videos on youtube aren't accurate, and they aren't good learning devices.

Rob Nielson is an excellent place to start, however, nothing compares to learning ASL in person from a native user.
 
And I just want to make sure you noticed the phrase "native user" as there is such a thing as a bad ASL teacher.
