Who says you have to pay your bills over the phone?

If you have internet connection, you can probably pay most of those bills online. :)

Some people don't trust online billing, even though online banking as well :roll: how can I convice them it is safe to use? I have few friends who doesn't trust it
 
I used to trust it but when I opened a new account and used their bill pay, they were late with all my bills. I was not happy! I haven't used it since cause I can't trust them to be on time when paying bills. However, I love the bank. Go figure.

After that, I just switched to automatic drafts and just pay couple others by check.
Feels like a step back but I might give them another try one month.
