Hello all!

I randomly found this site and thought it would be beneficial for me to join. I'm currently halfway through my first semester in sign language. I love it and actually wish to pursue a career with it but unfortunately, to do that I would have to move and I just cannot currently. So for now, I'll stick with the two ASL courses offered at my university and just teach myself until something changes =]

I don't really know what to say, other than that.

I grew up in eastern Tennessee, not too far from Cookeville/Crossville.

Have you checked with the Nashville State Community College (NSCC)? - they have a branch in Cookeville. They may have further ASL courses?

I have actually. The Cookeville branch as of yet doesn't offer any but they've been adding stuff pretty much every year, so hopefully! Keeping my fingers crossed, at least!
