New Female Moderators - CODAchild & Jolie_77

Wow awesome!!! Congratulation CODAchild and Jolie 77.. I truly know you girls will do a great job moderating this site and working well together with the other moderators... Its great to have 2 females moderators what took ya so long Alex? Heh heh....

I personally know CODAChild and she's an amazing person with a good heart, and she's sure is a good listener too I know she will do an awesome job and for Jolie 77 I know her a bit from the old days in DC, She's a sweetie and has a good heart too and very kind too she will do an awesome job as well too... Way to go girls you rock

Lastly I'm happy for both of ya girls...*hugs to ya both*
 
Alex, I have to strongly urge you to reconsider this decision. CODAChild51 and Jolie_77 are not suitable candidates for the position of AD moderators. With all due respect, bestowing these responsibilities upon these two will send the wrong message to AD members and will only increase the amount of careless and beligerent posts, and this is why: CODAChild51 is far too nice and positive to be moderator. She doesn't believe in disciplining, and people will take advantage of this. Next thing you know, we'll have everyone trolling with CODAChild to be to blame. She'll then be forced to resort to a much meaner, intolerant demeanor, leading to people calling her "the AD Nazi." You can't do that to her! Jolie_77. What do you think of when you read that? If you're normal, you think of Angelina Jolie. If you think of Angelina Jolie, you think of sex and tits. Is that the kind of message we want to give AD visitors? Sex, tits, and being intolerably nice? I can't stand with that decision. This has weighed heavy on my heart, and I hope that you will reconsider, Alex.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming warm welcome!!

I am excited to be working with each and every one of you along with the Mod Team as well. It's a blessing and a honor that I was chosen and with that, I want to be helpful to you guys. Well exuse me? it is UP to Alex, RR, Vampy and Linux's decsion not you.

I felt that they made a best decsion for extra moderators in this fourm. I gave them Congratulation them anyway!

Congratulations Jolie_77 and CODAchild! and wish y'all good luck.. I know Jolie in person 5 times.. and i know She will be GREAT in Mod in here and as long don't let you work so hard :thumb: and I don't know CodaChild very well but i do seen her's post in here and i know She will do same thing with Jolie ;) so GOOD LUCK!

Congratulations!!!! Glad we have female moderators. I've known Jolie_77 from other forum and envy her so much. She's a sweet lady. I'm basically new here and I don't know CODAchild but seen her messages in this forum and she's also sweet lady too. Once again, congrats!!!

One more thing to add

I have known JO but not that well known enough anyway but have met her in other state 3 yrs ago with some deafies... she was very nice and friendly even though have not much chatted with her! :lol: I was kind of shy tho, not very talkive... I guess! As for CODAchild, I do not know her at all except for other site, very little.... sound like to me she is very nice lady but I am sure those girls better off than males ( :giggle: just kidding!!)... LOL, but at least they are females!

Once again WTG GIRLS.... that is, WOMAN POWER!

Being hearing (or half hearing, as the case may be) is not all that it’s cracked up to be. But at least we get jokes. Well, at least most of the time. I know a lot of hearing people who wouldn’t know a good joke if it jumped up and bit them on the ass. :|
