California cop pulled over a streetracer kid. He warned him face $1,000 for illegal modified muffler.

California aka CARB is stringent on emission stuffs. If someone wants to modify their vehicles like this.. they can move out of state where it is less stricter than California.
 
No smog check test needed at Florida. Thank god! hehe

Also, Car show event at my community. I've seen alot modified Chevy Camaro, Corvette and Ford Mustang GT. They are proud of american muscle cars.
