i DO agree sometimes counseling helps for ppl who are in need of it -- sometimes ppl do not accept counseling nor accepting meds

Meg and Oceanbreeze sure do have some good thoughts to their posts as well along with everybody else who has posted in this thread :D

Either way, you will need to learn how to do stress management. Ideas for stress relievers are:

Drinking tea
Hot baths
Walking
Exercise
Aromatherapy
Breathing
Yoga

etc...

Sounds like you are doing a few of these already and you are seeing a benefit there. Perhaps do a bit more research on other tips to help your stress levels down.

But, I think that the counseling will be the most beneficial of all but it sounds like you dont want to go to counseling. Perhaps you can read books or join a support group instead.

Best things is check with your doctor first to find out where it comes from then...........
 
Pulling Coolie with me.... Let's go for a walk.. Not just on a street but go walk at the canal watch all these boats, jets, ship, sailboat, yatch drive thru the canal...

Also go thru these Trail park.. cuz these are a *sight seen* in the woods to relax you..the woods has soo many smells too It helps you to breath in and out and these trail is always not same straight but up down, left right etc ... also maze path!!! it's fun... try find one.. believe it or not. I GET A Panic attack.. I find walking HELPED me.. but this is Winter time I have to find alternative way.. Maybe exercise.. I bought Yoga Ballet exercise and this was so *awweee* to relax me cuz it has Captions and the people telles me how to breath, how to Meditated etc.. It ws soo wonderful surely It did give me sore body after exercise BUT worth it! Sometime you find something to DO to keep distract off your mind.. Like walking with friend or dog, look around and see what you can find, Or do something like exercise Like what OceanBreeze give out list but One thing I spot.. Armotherapy I WOULD Love to try that but I got to learn about it!

Coolie, Your not alone about having Aneixity attack or nervous breakdown or so.. But please try to get some help The Human service WILL give you a list where you can go for help if you can't afford they will find an office for you to see.. so check out your hometown :) Good Luck

BTW: Great advices everyone!! I have been doing walking for 2 years and will be doing 3 years this year :-D Since I quit smoking March 14. that pulls me to go for a walk! that's how I learn also I learn how to breath to keep my panic Less too! it helps also :D

and a few drops of your favorite scent of essential oil into your bath tub too! I love lavender or peppermint oil. ahhhhhh!!! :ily:

Yes, Lavender is my all-the-time favorite kind. help me alot with relax and fall sleep after sniff alot. whoa whoa
