Need help on Ameriphone Q90D Digital

I just got myself an Ameriphone Q90D Digital Combination TTY/VCO with Text Answering Machine but I don't really understand how to use it. I have never use one before, can anyone help me on this?

Do you have a reason for using a Q90D? What are you plans for using TTY?

Do you have a manual for Q90D?

I have one also, but it's collecting dust... :(
 
I wanted to use the TTY for several reason, one for contacting the internet provider when I have problems with my internet and I can't understand the foreign on the phone. 2nd, I need the VCO or the HCO while talking on the phone if I can't understand what the person on the other end of the line are saying.
 
I'm new at every new technology for the deaf. I’ve been using regular phone for a long time and now, I feel like that I need help while I’m on the phone. I lost my job recently and I’m trying to find a new job but I need a lot of help. Texas Rehab is helping me out. I have no clue where to go to look for a job that won’t discriminate against me like my old job. It’s a long story.
