Need advice about web caption phones....

I have a question about the web based relay services. I have been using phonecaption.com and haven't had any problems with it.

But....I would like to use the phone more in my business, and the TOS says it's only for personal use. So, does anyone have suggestions for a service that allows business use and has a 10 digit number, preferably local, for incoming calls.

I wouldn't mind paying for the service, if needed.

They can't be used in business??? Are you sure? I am wondering why.
 
That's what the phonecaption.com TOS said. I also need CapTel/Voice Carry Over..... I have some hearing, but have a really hard time understanding what is being said.
