my current roommate is thinking of moveing back home till he is working again , anyone in Albany need a place ?

I know fat chance but I am a bit stressed with everything and don't want to get stuck with the full rent , I have posted to craigslist and a few other places but this is rather a pain, thought I would ask just for the heck of it.
 
I know someone who is living there with his parents. He isnt really happy so he want to find a place to stay and find a job.. He don't have a job yet. He is still looking for a job at the moment.

Are you okay with that?
 
he has to be able to pay the rent I can't afford this place by myslef, and the building will not take sec 8. so he should have a job first.
