mysterious laptop problem

tried get on f/b when in russia i was locked out come back to uk still locked out the secret question is not mine what to do.tried everything and not allows new account,i hate fb but my son puts all pic up on it
Got something called jucheck keep going on computer i refuse and then computer keeps turning off WHAT TO DO
