It will be next gen of Xbox in 2010 or 2011.

I hope MS learn their lesson for biggest mistake.

Xbox 360 cannot upgrade into Directx 10 due graphic chipset issue, struck with Directx 9 until next new gen of console.

The reason why they rushed Xbox 360 through was to get a head start on the competition in the next-gen battle with PS3.

I hope Microsoft learned quite a valuable lesson.

lmao, they made themselves looks fool for rushed it to beat PS3 ;'[

but hey, xbox360 games r amazingly ^_^

Same here. Microsoft is still one of the richest companies in the world so whats the big deal for going for going a head start?

Patience improves everything.

Yup, I left it in normal temperature until became 3 red ring of death and PPC was spread too much heat to make my room so warm and feel sweat.
My friend has one of those cooling fans attached to his Xbox 360. :)

Actually, M$ just released the DRM Tool, which allows you to transfer game saves of Arcade games to a new console ID. Interestingly enough, you can only do it once a year, and it has to be done online via PC or a laptop.

I would recommend HOLDING onto your 120GB HDD. I would not trust M$. When I sent my 360 last november, I kept the HDD. Never trust big corporations.

I hate M$, I glad I were in 2005, we didn't have too much money, also
now, I boycotted XBOX 360. I am proud of it. I feel bad for Pacman. :(
My sympathies to Pacman.

It wouldn't prevent from 3 red ring of death, it will void your warranty if you tell a honest to MS about cooler add-on, it's not supported by MS.

Intercooler? No thanks. Bad idea. While the Xbox360's own fan blows the heat from outside, the intercooler blows INSIDE the fan blowing the hardware could get dust in or whatever like that and can cause hardware failure somehow. It happens to alot who owns the one with the intercooler clipped on the back of the console.

I took it off and been playing my Xbox360 since and had no problem at all. Just have to be in a well lit enviroment when there's lots of room for the back of the console to breathe and such.

Yup, gotta agree with you, it will void the warranty if you tell to MS about that.

Thanks, you can buy Xbox 360 now if needed since 3 red ring of death has been affected to majority of Xbox 360 with 90 nm, such as in 2005 until mid 2007, however if your money is permission.

or get PS3, PS3 offers more than just games.

I checked status of repair, oh my boy, that's so faster than I was expected, my Xbox 360 has been replaced and will ship soon, that's so fast for sure. :eek3:

I got Xbox 360 from UPS but bad luck, just same Xbox 360 without HDMI.

It works fine...

lol yup.

Only problem is game saves, it will gonna be mess up due different console ID that cause game saves that had saved in old console then wouldn't load on new console, I hopefully MS will work out with console ID.

Just a thought, you might want to stop by local game store or Bestbuy to pick up a Xbox HD transfer cable.. You might be able to save your saved games before sending out to MS.
